As one in ten old famous teas in China, Jun Shan Yin Zhen is divided into two kinds, green tea and yellow tea. It is refined out of single tea buds through particular technology, with straight shape. Infused in the transparent glass cup, Jun Shan Yin Zhen Tea lies across on the surface of the water then sets upright sinking to the bottom. It looks like spring up as bamboo shoots in spring and bristling with bayonets as well. Parts of tea buds arise all over again forming the beautiful scene of up-and-down. The tea has been acclaiming from time immemorial.
